Park West Residents:

Starting the first week of January renovations will begin in the hallways, entrance areas and laundry rooms.  New paint and flooring will be installed starting with the 1155 building.  The construction should be completed in all buildings by the end of March.  Thanks for your patience during construction.

Google Fiber Now Available

Park West has the over 20 ash trees treated every two years to keep the trees growing healthy and resistant to the EBA.

Please refrain children from playing with the river rock in the landscaping areas it is hard on the snow blowers to pick up rocks, also dangerous.

Remember Park West is part of the Multi-Family Crime free housing program with the city of West Des Moines so please report any suspicious activity to the manager or police immediately.
